How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made through our booking tab or via direct email to [email protected] or by calling Debbi directly on 0422 553 502.
Do you have a minimum number of teepees that can be hired?
For sleepover parties, our standard pricing is $35 per teepee set and a minimum of 5 teepees per hire. For Picnic hire number of teepees will be listed in our packages and dependant on your requirements.
What bedding is included in my package?
We only use comfortable foam single mattresses to give your little ones added comfort. Hotel quality sheets and pillow slips along with a Luxurious plush cosy blanket. The mattresses come with mattress protectors and pillows with pillow protectors.
What ages do you cater from?
Our teepees are suitable for children over the age of 4 years.
Space & Set up Locations
How much space does a teepee need?
Our sleepover teepees require a space of 1m wide and 1.8m long. We like to use breakfast trays at the front of the teepee however if space doesn’t allow we can make alternative arrangements. The teepees can be arranged in many different configurations to fit into most spaces. Depending on which picnic teepee/s you select will determine the space required.
Can I host the teepee party outside?
Sleepover Teepees are for indoor use only however alfresco and balcony areas maybe considered, please feel free to discuss with us. Picnic teepees can be used outside.
How long can I hire the equipment for?
Times to be arranged directly with the client.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Perth and South to Bunbury, we are a Mandurah based business, therefore anything greater than 20km will incur an additional travel charge depending on the area.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Our delivery, setup, pack up and collection fee is included in the package price up to 20km For clients living outside a 20Km radius of Silver Sands (Northern Side of Mandurah) there will be an additional charge. We charge at $1.50 per km after 20km of Silver Sands (Northern Side of Mandurah). Please call us to find out the additional charge.
How are the teepees cleaned?
All manchester and teepee covers are laundered using sensitive washing powder. Mattresses and pillows have protectors on them which are also laundered.
Deposit, Bond, Cancellation and Payment Information
Is a deposit required?
A deposit of 50% of the total cost, including delivery is required to reserve the date and theme for your party. This is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the party date.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the teepee set up in cash.
Is a bond required?
No, we do not require a bond to be paid.
What is your cancellation policy?
The booking deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is within 7 days of the party date. The booking deposit is 50% of the total cost. All cancellations fees are at the discretion of Teepee & Friends.
